Role Mission

The Financial Controller for Mexico & Caribbean serves as the financial backbone of Gucci’s operations across the designated region. Reporting directly to the CFO of Latin America, the successful candidate is a finance professional who thrives in complexity and operates with rigor and strategic influence, managing financial reporting across three distinct markets while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced Group environment and serves as a reliable business partner.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the full month-end and year-end close process for Mexico, Aruba, and Panama,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies and standards.
- Deliver P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with full narrative analysis of key variances against budget and prior year.
- Own the submission of financial data into Hyperion/Oracle HFM within Group-mandated deadlines, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Coordinate the annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles for the perimeter, ensuring alignment with Latin America and Group timelines.
- Develop scenario analysis and ad hoc financial models to support business decisions, including new store openings, Capex investments, and inventory purchasing.
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements, tax obligations, and Group policies across Mexico, Aruba, and Panama.
