About the role:

Lead the continuous improvement of maintenance processes by driving people development and technological modernization to optimize costs, maximize productivity, extend asset life, and contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and implement preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to ensure asset reliability and availability.
- Lead engineering and capital investment projects, including automation, technological modernization, capacity expansion, and asset renewal.
- Manage maintenance resources, including people, OPEX & CAPEX budgets, tools, materials, and technical capabilities.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, asset availability, preventive maintenance compliance,



and maintenance costs.
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and empower multidisciplinary maintenance teams to achieve high performance.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in continuous manufacturing or process industries such as textile, automotive, chemical or similar.
- Advanced English.
