When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Sales executive, you’re not just supporting events from sale to execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
- Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
- Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
- Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs),
group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
- Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
