Channel Hunters is looking for motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and representing our clients professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls/outbound calls to potential clients and prospects
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct research to identify and verify accurate prospect information, including sourcing alternative contacts when existing leads are invalid or not decision-makers.
- Represent our clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Meet performance targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- At least 1-2 years of cold calling or appointment setting experience (required)
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and USB headset
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- You are from any LATAM Countries (Highly Preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: To be discussed during the interview
- Monthly uncapped commission opportunities
- Fully remote position (work from home)
- Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Shift schedule may vary based on client location
