Definity is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee service operations, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain strong communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

This is a 100% on-site position based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, GitHub, and Azure Pipelines.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
- Experience managing software development projects and Microsoft-based technology solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI for process automation, reporting, and operational decision-making is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management,



and communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Advanced English
- Visa and availability to travel as required.

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
