As a People Operations - Talent Acquisition Enablement and Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving and escalating inquiries as needed, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
As a Manager,
you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
