Role Description
The Sous Chef is a full-time,



on-site role based in Cuatro Ciénegas, COA, supporting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations across Grupo ECCO hospitality concepts. This position is responsible for supervising food preparation, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The Sous Chef helps design and refine menus that reflect local ingredients and sustainable practices, coordinates with kitchen staff to manage inventory and minimize waste, and supports efficient service during peak hours. The role includes training and mentoring team members, enforcing kitchen procedures, and collaborating with front-of-house staff to deliver an excellent guest experience aligned with Grupo ECCO’s values. The Sous Chef contributes to a respectful, inclusive work environment and supports continuous improvement in culinary operations.
