The George McCranie Law Firm is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our Immigration Department. Our team is carefully selected to create and deliver an amazing customer experience, and we are now seeking a skilled professional who has previously worked on immigration cases such as U-Visas, AOS, VAWA, K1 Visas, and Green Card Renewals. In this role, you will play an important part in helping our clients navigate complex immigration processes while ensuring their experience with our firm is exceptional. Once you are hired a typical day for you will be:
- Prepare and organize immigration case packages such as U-Visas, AOS, VAWA, K1 Visas, and Green Card Renewals
- Support attorneys and team members by maintaining accurate case files and ensuring all documents are properly completed and submitted on time
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to provide updates or collect required information
- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and document management
- Assist at reception when needed by greeting clients, answering calls, and routing inquiries

What You Bring to the Role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience preparing and handling U.S. immigration cases including U-Visa, AOS, VAWA, K1, and Gr
