About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless production, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, leveraging ERP systems, and navigating global logistics challenges with agility.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Demand Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process to accurately forecast demand and balance capacity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF (*On-Time In-Full*), inventory turnover, cycle time, and total logistics costs.

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage local and integral sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.




- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and supply continuity.
- Implement vendor evaluation metrics and risk mitigation plans to proactively address supply disruptions.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee inventory control strategies, safety stock policies, and warehouse operations across all distribution points.
- Optimize working capital through effective stock management and material requirements planning (MRP).

Logistics & Compliance
- Direct inbound and outbound logistics networks, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws.

Continuous Improvement & Systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Leverage advanced technology and ERP/WMS systems to improve supply chain visibility and data accuracy.
