What You'll Own
- Coordinate vendors by scheduling work, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of services.
- Oversee maintenance coordination by managing work orders,



following up on repairs, and communicating updates to all parties.
- Deliver outstanding resident service by responding to inquiries, providing timely updates, and creating a positive customer experience.
- Assist with property and owner onboarding, ensuring all required information, documentation, and processes are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate databases by updating property records, resident information, vendor details, and operational documentation.
