POSITION OVERVIEW:
The adecuado Rare Beauty Regional Trainer
will be an ambassador for the brand and an expert in Rare Beauty product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques and service & selling. This person will function as a resource and leader, traveling to support the territory as needed. The Regional Trainer will deliver comprehensive Rare Beauty education and training to the Field Team, Sephora Beauty Advisors, and for Rare Beauty’s social platforms. Execute holistic training programs covering brand DNA, product knowledge, and advanced application techniques.
These programs aim to empower team members and partners to authentically represent Rare Beauty, enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. They will be seen as a leader for the brand and will help the Field Team strategize sales within their territory and support their territory in achieving sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in partnership with VP of Education, Director of Global Artistry, Senior Director of Sales to determine training needs.
- Act as a liaison between Field Team Leadership and Account Executive / Specialist to monitor and analyze business and support events and trainings to ensure total retail sales goal achievements for the region.
- Train Field Teams: Provide in-depth training on product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques, and service and selling skills. Act as a resource and leader, empowering the field teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
