*For this position, we offer an annual salary of €68,000 to €74,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.*
Your tasks
- IMS Maturity development and integration - target one system, not many
- Support regional teams with gap analysis and required changes




- Communicate structural process change, ensure process owners support all users.
- Analyse integral IMS frameworks, initiate and report local implementations/ roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations are considered
- Chair or support: IMS steering committees/ forum
- Align IMS activities with business leaders, operations, and functional heads
- Support internal audit programmes
- Define and track IMS KPIs and maturity metrics

Your Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality based role with (degree or masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Quality Management or Business Administration / Operations Management
- APQP as a must, using of q-methods
- Experience converting audit outputs into improvement initiatives, including change management
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions
- Exposure to manufa
