We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Technical Architect
with deep expertise in
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C and B2B Commerce
to lead the architecture and successful delivery of enterprise-scale digital commerce implementations. The ideal candidate must have architected and delivered
a minimum of two complete SFCC implementation projects from scratch
, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and customer leadership.
The candidate should possess strong architectural expertise, hands-on technical capabilities, and excellent client-facing communication skills in
English and Spanish
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for SFCC B2C and B2B Commerce implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing commerce solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Own the complete solution architecture from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects during requirement gathering and solution design.
- Lead technical workshops with customers and provide architecture recommendations.
- Define integration architecture with enterprise applications including:
- ERP
- OMS
- CRM
- PIM
- Payment Gateways
- Tax Engines
- Shipping Providers
- Marketing Platforms
- Design APIs using REST/SCAPI/OCAPI.
- Lead integration architecture with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, etc.).
- Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices.
- Define DevOps strategy including CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Perform architecture governance, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Resolve critical production issues and provide architectural guidance during implementation.
