INVENTORY ANALYST

Registers shipments and verifies documentation to coordinate with warehouse teams, maintains a clear overview of product flow and ensures proper handling. Monitors and resolves discrepancies by updating records and requesting necessary adjustments, contributing to overall inventory accuracy. Collaborates closely with logistics partners to prioritize incoming shipments, oversee yard activities, and respond to special product handling requests when required. Regularly communicate insights through detailed reports, supporting operational efficiency and transparency across the supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

*Inbound Operations & Inventory Control*
- Register the reception of inbound shipments (PORs, TRFs, and ROs) in the system (D365), ensuring complete documentation.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing lot numbers, incorrect expiration dates, and damaged goods, by updating system records and requesting appropriate adjustments.
- Execute inventory transfers and basic adjustments, such as blocking, damaged goods,



and reconciliation.
- Perform regular cycle counts, analyze stock movements, and maintain inventory accuracy.

*Warehouse Coordination & Yard Management*
- Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments with the warehouse, including prioritization of rush unloads, appointment scheduling, and tracking of unloading times for service evaluation.
- Record CHEP pallet data and manage yard activity, including tracking of empty and loaded boxes and updating yard activity reports.

*Special Handling & Product Requests*
- Support special product handling requests, such as inspections, photography, sampling, and labeling, when required.

*Reporting & Communication*
- Issue inbound shipment reports on a weekly and monthly basis and communicate inventory-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
