Role Description
The Collections Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role oversees daily collections activities, including managing a team responsible for contacting clients, negotiating payment arrangements, and monitoring overdue accounts. The Collections Supervisor reviews account performance, analyzes collection trends,



and implements strategies to improve recovery rates while maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include setting team targets, coaching and training staff, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and preparing reports for management on portfolio performance and collection outcomes. The role also collaborates with finance and customer service teams to resolve complex cases and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Debt Collection, with experience supervising collection processes and teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret portfolio data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
