A Day in the Life

The Sr. Calibration Supervisor will lead a team of calibration professionals responsible for ensuring measurement systems are accurate, compliant, and capable of supporting manufacturing and quality objectives. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to maintain calibration standards, investigate Out of Tolerance (OOT) events, resolve nonconformances, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

- Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of calibration quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Provides calibration expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
- Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
