Position: Customer Service Representative (100% On-site)

Location: TATA 3 Guadalajara, Jalisco
Project: Southern California Edison (U.S.-based electric utility company)

What you'll do:
- Customer service support via phone
- Billing and account-related inquiries

Training:
- Duration: 3 months
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- After training, you'll transition to a rotating schedule based on your performance.

Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts
- Service window: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. (daily)
- 2 rotating days off per week

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: MXN $19,000 – $23,000 per month (based on experience)
