We’re looking for an experienced tech recruiter who is second to none at finding and engaging hard-to-reach candidates. This is a delivery-focused role. There’s no expectation to win new clients, cold-call companies or manage a sales pipeline. Your focus will be on understanding live requirements, identifying the right people and delivering strong shortlists. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, organise your day and take full accountability for delivery. There won’t be someone constantly checking your activity, but you’ll be expected to communicate clearly, stay on top of your roles and consistently produce results.
The Role
You’ll work across a range of technology positions, taking ownership of the candidate side of the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding technical roles and the type of candidate likely to succeed
- Building sourcing strategies for each vacancy
- Identifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and market mapping
- Writing and testing effective outreach messages
- Engaging passive candidates and generating interest in opportunities
- Screening candidates against technical, commercial and cultural requirements
- Producing accurate, well-written candidate submissions
- Managing candidate communication throughout the interview process
- Maintaining strong pipelines across recurring skill sets
- Keeping internal stakeholders updated on progress, challenges and market feedback
About You
You’ll already have experience recruiting technology professionals and be confident working independently.
You should be someone who:
- Has an extremely strong track record in tech recruitment or technical sourcing
- Is confident finding candidates for difficult or niche requirements
- Understands how to use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools effectively
- Can assess candidates beyond simply matching keywords
- Writes clear, personalised outreach rather than relying on generic templat
