We are now hiring a
Paid Ads Specialist (Paid Social & Paid Search)

to own Meta and Google Ads for our client portfolio.

The Role

You will run paid social and paid search campaigns — Meta Ads and Google Ads — across our client portfolio. You know the policies, you know the workarounds inside the rules, and you know how to keep accounts alive while spending real budget profitably.

- Snapchat Ads & TikTok Ads — important
- Criteo & Natives — a big plus

We run ads across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, Criteo, Natives, and Mantis Ads.

What you will do
- Plan, launch, and scale paid social and paid search campaigns (Meta and Google Ads) for Shopify brands in regulated verticals




- Build compliant ad accounts and creative that pass review without compromising performance
- Manage Business Manager structures, domain verification, pixel and Conversions API setup, and feed compliance for Google Shopping where applicable
- Recover and reinstate disabled accounts
- Communicate directly with clients in clean, professional English
- Work closely with our designers and Klaviyo team so paid traffic and email work as one funnel
- Report on ROAS, CAC, blended performance, and incrementality in language clients understand

What we need from you
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a meaningful portion of that spend in regulated categories (CBD, nicotine, supplements, gambling, crypto, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads policy, account warm-up strategies, agency ad accounts, and reinstatement processes
- Strong written and spoken Engl
