Job Purpose:
To lead and coordinate all manufacturing functions with the objective of achieving flawless Product Launches, on time and achieving cost and quality targets.
Drive the industrialization process for new models and lead manufacturing readiness.
To ensure customer satisfaction and targets achievement through continuous improvement operating system.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in CFT meetings
- Supervisor to estimate manufacturing costs and investment for industrialization process.
- Supervisor Lead and support plant operation activities to conduct launch builds.
- Maintain overall program timing plan for manufacturing activities
- Lead design for manufacturing activities and manufacturing feasibility assessments.
- Review, implement and create best practices and lessons learn for new products.
- Ensure proper implementation of manufacturing standards and process design.
- Lead all Manufacturing APQP activities and submit customer documentation as required.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (process flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, QPS)
- Monitor program costs against Gate 2 commitments.
- Prepare funding requests (PAR) and submit for approval.
- Coordinate Plant Build activities with cross-functional tea
