Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact creative assets across digital and print channels, including display ads, emails, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral, and campaign landing pages.
- Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual concepts, creative briefs, and strategic design solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and audience needs.
- Collaborate with writers, marketing partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives.




- Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance support to junior designers, fostering design excellence and professional growth.
- Conduct design reviews, provide actionable feedback, and maintain consistency across creative outputs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and visual storytelling that support business goals and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs within a fast-paced environment.
- Drive design quality and strategic alignment across teams, ensuring creative integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

- 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related creative disciplines.
