We are hiring an experienced Revenue Manager as part of the FinanceOps team, responsible for revenue forecasting, accounting support, and revenue data integrity across a mixed SaaS, software, and hardware environment.

This role combines IFRS 15 expertise, strong system proficiency (Salesforce and ERP), and a data-driven mindset to ensure accurate revenue reporting, reliable forecasts, and scalable processes.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to proactively shape revenue outcomes, challenge assumptions,



and continuously improve how revenue is forecasted, tracked, and realized. This role suits someone who brings energy, curiosity, and initiative to refine processes and drive better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine revenue forecasting and schedules, ensuring accurate translation of bookings, backlog, and pipeline into revenue

Perform and support revenue reconciliations, including:

o Deferred revenue

o Unbilled receivables

o Contract balances

o Coordination with AR on billing status, invoicing schedules, collections impact, and cash forecasting dependencies.

Contribute actively to month-end close, year-end activities, and audit processes, ensuring revenue data is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

Review, validate, and actively shape deal structures to optimize revenue recognition and forecasting outcomes, including:

o Advising on commercial terms (acceptance, milestones,
