? Project Overview

You will join a strategic initiative for a general leader in industrial software. The project’s mission is to lead a comprehensive Jira Cloud implementation and optimization effort across up to five distinct business cases.

As a Senior Business Analyst and Jira Specialist, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will design, configure, and refine the Jira ecosystem to ensure seamless workflows, robust data integration, and high-performance delivery standards across the enterprise.

? Key Responsibilities




- Jira Cloud Architecture: Lead the setup and configuration of Jira projects, including sophisticated workflow design, custom fields, and issue type schemes.
- Requirements Lifecycle: Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements, translating business needs into high-quality user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Access & Governance: Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data security and organizational compliance.
- Ecosystem Integration: Oversee the integration of Jira with critical enterprise systems, including PowerBI, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
- Agile Management: Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring sprint-based delivery remains aligned with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
