The Role
AspenTech is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to be part of a team designing, and developing both back-end and front-end components to drive our modern applications within our Manufacturing Execution Systems unit. The primary role of the Junior Full-Stack Developer will be to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user experiences, considering the server-side computation as well as client-side optimization. The developer will be in collaboration with their agile team and product stakeholders, such as Product Management and UX designers.
Your Impact
- Design and develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, agile team and product managers to translate design mock-ups into functional software.
- Optimize applications and services for maximum speed, and scalability.
- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Generate and maintain testing infrastructure.
- Develop and integrate backend services with front-end components.
- Participate in code reviews, debug issues, and ensure best practices implemented across the application.
- Ability to learn quickly, research new solutions for the product challenges.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field.
- 2-4yrs of relevant experience is required.
