About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized team member to support our accounting and property management functions.

This role will focus primarily on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Office Management and General Administrative support, while also providing some assistance in Property Management Coordination. The role provides comprehensive support across multiple properties and entities, ensuring smooth financial operations, marketing execution, resident services, and administrative coordination. This role bridges accounting, leasing, property management support, vendor coordination, and digital marketing functions, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. The adecuado candidate will thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment, bring strong organizational skills, and ensure accurate financial tracking and efficient property operations.

Responsibilities
Accounting Support
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): track incoming payments,



prepare invoices, monitor delinquencies, and follow up with tenants/clients as needed.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP): process invoices, issue payments, maintain vendor records, and reconcile accounts.
- Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all accounting functions.

Administrative & Office Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for general office needs, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Assist leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Support company events, internal communications, and special projects.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and foster a professional environment.

Property Management Support
- Support Property Manager(s) with property showings, tenant communications, service requests, and lease administration.
