Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $1,300 USD/month, depending on experience
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full hiring process from job posting through onboarding support for a Healthcare company based in the US.
This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, communicates well with candidates, and knows how to move talent through the pipeline quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings across multiple hiring portals and sourcing channels
- Review incoming applications and follow up with applicants immediately
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Schedule virtual interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Conduct first-round and structured virtual interviews
- Evaluate candidate communication, professionalism, and role fit
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers on feedback and next steps
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and status updates
- Guide selected candidates through the offer and onboarding process
- Stay closely involved with new hires through onboarding and until offboarding/unboarding if needed
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to final transition
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
- Strong experience posting roles on hiring platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar portals
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable conducting video interviews
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at once
- Experience using ATS, spreadsheets, or candidate tracking systems
- Professional, polished, and people-oriented
- C2+ level of English
