Role Overview
Straive is setting up a 30-member Search Evaluator team to support a leading general social media client in Mexico City. We are looking for an experienced Site Lead (similar to a Delivery Manager / Operations Manager) who will be our primary person on the ground.

This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, people management, client coordination, and operational excellence for the Mexico City site. The Site Lead will ensure that the search evaluation program meets quality, productivity, and compliance targets while maintaining a positive and high-performance work environment.
