As the premier ecotourism pioneer in Baja, we annually welcome a multitude of guests eager to explore our pristine environment. Our Guest Services team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' experiences are nothing short of extraordinary, beginning from the moment they express interest in a trip until they embark on their journey. In essence, you will serve as a vital link, proactively addressing their needs, including accommodation arrangements, transportation, last-minute requests, baggage mishaps, travel delays, medical concerns, and seamless coordination with Sea Creatures, hotels, and other service providers. The Guest Services role encompasses responsibility for Nautilus liveaboards, Baja Expeditions, and more.

We are in search of an individual with a confident demeanor, an innate sociability, and a genuine passion for client interactions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with unwavering integrity, are essential qualities we seek in our idóneo candidate.

Responsibilities:

Engage with incoming guests in a friendly, courteous manner,



consistently demonstrating an earnest commitment to delivering the utmost satisfaction with same-day responses to all guest inquiries during the workweek.

Maintain a meticulously organized spreadsheet to track requests received from our operations or sales teams, as well as oversee hotel transfers and other logistical details. Additionally, you will actively promote and assist clients with pre- and post-trip packages while efficiently coordinating transportation arrangements.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in computer operations with prior experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively, with a keen focus on task completion.

Competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
