What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process.
- Gather and accurately document client information.
- Provide empathetic, patient, and professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Previous customer service experience.
- Bilingual fluency in
English and Spanish
(required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
