What This Job Involves
We are seeking a visionary Staff Software Engineer with full-stack expertise to lead and shape our data platform strategy. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision, technical strategy,
and execution of a core data platform that powers data-driven insights across JLL globally. You will lead the consolidation of siloed systems into a unified, enterprise-grade data layer, establishing it as the single source of truth for stakeholders across the business. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for our data ecosystem. Your "customers" span the entire organization—including executive leadership, brokers, clients, application teams, data scientists, and external partners—and your mission is to architect and deliver an enterprise data platform that generates competitive advantage through market-leading insights. You will partner with executive leadership, Product
