Role Description
The Principal at Employer Brand Zone is a full-time remote role responsible for leading client engagements focused on employer branding, talent attraction, and workforce communications. This role oversees strategy development, project planning, and execution, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines. The Principal collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and refine employer brand initiatives, including messaging frameworks, campaigns, and digital content. Day-to-day activities include consulting with clients, guiding research and insights, reviewing creative concepts, providing thought leadership, and mentoring team members. The Principal also contributes to business development by supporting proposals, presentations, and relationship management with new and existing clients.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading employer branding, talent marketing, or related strategic initiatives for diverse organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex client projects, including planning, prioritization,



resource coordination, and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide clear strategic guidance.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members, fostering collaboration, and promoting an inclusive work environment.
- Business development capabilities, including proposal creation, client pitch participation, and relationship-building with key decision makers.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-management, time management, and digital collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret research, market data, and employee insights, and translate them into actionable employer brand strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
