ROLE SUMMARY
- A management position overseeing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while mentoring a small team of strategists and maintaining client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor one to two cross-functional digital marketing team members
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across social, search, display, and other channels
- Develop and maintain client relationships to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with global teams to align media strategy across regions
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve efficiency
- Refine internal processes to enhance team performance
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills
- 3+ years hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
- Agency background strongly preferred
- Solid multi-channel digital marketing background Proven managerial or supervisory experience
- Exceptional client management and communication skills Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics
