We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to support our growing outbound sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery meetings for our Technology Advisors.

We help organizations navigate technology solutions including
phone systems, fiber internet, managed IT services, contact center solutions, and merchant services
, partnering with leading providers to deliver the right technology solutions and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct 75-200 outbound calls daily to businesses across the United States.
- Execute multi-channel outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools to identify decision-makers and build target lists.
- Engage business owners, IT leaders, and operations teams to uncover technology needs.
- Qualify opportunities based on business needs, current providers, contract timelines, and decision-making processes.




- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Technology Advisors.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM platforms.
- Manage pipeline updates and follow-up activities.
- Achieve and exceed outreach, conversation, and meetings-booked goals.

Qualifications

Required
- 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, B2B sales, cold calling, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
- Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable remote work environment and availability during U.S. business hours.

- Experience in technology sales, telecommunications, SaaS, UCaaS, managed IT services, internet services, or merc
