POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales & Reservations Associate is a remote role responsible for managing inbound booking inquiries, converting leads into reservations,
and ensuring a seamless guest booking experience. This role combines hospitality, sales, and customer service.
You will handle inquiries via email, phone, text, and OTA platforms, respond promptly, guide guests through the booking process, and ensure CRM accuracy. You will also support reservation workflows and guest experience operations when needed.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
