Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Title Processor to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote capacity. This position offers long-term stability and excellent opportunities for career growth within a growing US-focused real estate support operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate title files through the complete transaction lifecycle—from file opening through final closing. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact, coordinating directly with transactional attorneys, lenders, clients, and vendors to clear title defects and ensure timely closings.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End File Processing: Open, track, and process real estate title files from initial order through closing and post-closing activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear,



daily communication via email and phone with transactional attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors.
- Title & Deed Management: Review title commitments, clear title requirements/defects, assist in preparing deed and closing documentation, and resolve title issues prior to closing.
- File Milestone Tracking: Proactively monitor transaction progress to eliminate delays and ensure all closing deadlines are met.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and status updates within software systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3+ years of direct experience in title processing, real estate title processing, deed processing, or related real estate title support roles.
- State-Specific Expertise: Previous experience working within the New York (NYS) or New Jersey (NJ) title industry is required.
- Software Requirements: Hands-on experience with Track
