Essential Functions Performed
- Assists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.
- Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.
- Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule(s) accordingly.
- Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.
- Evaluates customer orders and solves back-order issues.
- Prepares weekly production reports and adjusts manufacturing schedule accordingly.
- Attends daily operations meeting.
- Collaborates with Supply Planners.
- Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner I.
- Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills; preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.
- Experience with manufacturing work order on Teach Teams or Value Stream Structure.
- Demonstrated experience with tracking and reviewing reports.
