About the Role

We are looking for a
Distributor Connectivity & Onboarding Manager
to own the technical onboarding journey for distributor partners and ensure seamless, reliable, and scalable data integrations.

This role is responsible for leading technical integration projects from kickoff through production, partnering directly with customers' IT teams to implement EDI, API, SFTP, and file-based integrations while ensuring high-quality data exchange.

The adecuado candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with excellent project management and customer-facing skills. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new distributor partners.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with customers' IT, Integration, and ERP teams.




- Manage technical implementation projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Coordinate EDI onboarding, including transaction mapping, testing, validation, and production readiness.
- Support integrations through APIs, SFTP, flat files, and ERP connectors.
- Analyze customer ERP environments and recommend the most appropriate integration approach.
- Validate data mapping, completeness, and quality throughout the onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot technical integration issues with internal engineering teams and customer IT organizations.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while proactively managing risks and escalations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs, implementation timelines, integration health, and data quality.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to reduce customer effort and accelerate implementation.
