Are you passionate about hospitality and guest service? Do you have experience working at the hotel front desk, room reservation sales, restaurant reservations or using Agilysys LMS PMS? We’re looking for a Remote Hotel Reservations Sales Agent to provide outstanding service, sell the hotel property and book hotel and dining reservations for guests. In this role, you’ll assist guests with their inquiries, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless booking experience—all from the comfort of your home
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, text and chat.
- Sell, promote and maximize revenue opportunities on every interaction.
- Utilize Agilysys LMS PMS to process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Utilize Open Table to process restaurant reservations, cancellation, and modifications.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests.
- Problem solve hotel guest scenarios.
- Communicate hotel amenities, policies, menus and promotions effectively.
- Ensure accuracy in guest bookings and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Work closely with internal hotel teams to coordinate reservations and guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, reservations, or guest services required.
- Agilysys LMS PMS proficiency is a preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a designated home workspace free from distractions.
- Pass IT technical requirements for system compliance.
- Availability to work adaptable hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish
