The Project Manager / Program Manager will manage financial technology implementation projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking delivery milestones, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Asset Finance and Leasing implementations. Relevant Asset Finance implementation experience will be considered more important than overall years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute project objectives with minimal supervision.
- Analyze requirements and recommend project improvements.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Manage project tasks and team assignments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor schedules,
milestones, and delivery progress.
- Improve project execution through industry best practices.
- Support quality assurance and delivery governance.
Education Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant project management experience preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
