A highly organized and relationship-focused Staffing Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to support staffing operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, supporting recruitment initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with both therapists and families. Key Responsibilities
- Match therapists with clients based on availability, location, and service needs
- Coordinate therapist schedules, placements, and staffing assignments
- Support clinician retention initiatives and engagement efforts
- Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and hiring coordination
- Manage staffing-related communication with therapists, families, and internal teams
- Monitor open cases and staffing needs to ensure timely placements
- Collaborate with case coordination and operational teams to support service delivery
- Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation, and reporting
- Track staffing metrics and placement outcomes
- Support additional staffing, recruitment, and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
- Previous experience in staffing coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, scheduling, healthcare administration, or operations support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills required
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities required
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment required
