Google Ads Specialist (AI + Automation)

Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, high-output Google Ads Specialist to manage and improve search and performance campaigns for medium to large vacation rental management companies across the United States.

This role is not for someone who only knows how to launch ads. We want someone who understands performance, moves fast, thinks clearly, and uses AI and automation as part of their daily workflow.

You will be responsible for helping drive qualified traffic, leads, and bookings through Google Ads while building smarter internal processes around campaign research, reporting, optimization, creative testing, and account management.

You should be comfortable working with data, making decisions quickly, and communicating clearly with clients during reporting calls and retained work meetings.

What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display,



and YouTube as needed
- Improve performance across campaign structure, keyword and audience targeting, bidding strategy, ad creative testing, and conversion tracking
- Work on accounts for US-based vacation rental managers, with a focus on lead generation, direct bookings, and performance growth
- Use AI tools daily — primarily Claude Code — for keyword and campaign research, ad copy ideation, analysis, reporting support, and workflow acceleration
- Use Claude Code to build and improve automations for recurring tasks such as reporting, performance monitoring, lead routing, alerts, QA, and internal execution
- Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, funnels, tracking, and CRO improvements
- Analyze campaign results and turn data into clear action plans
- Join client calls to present performance, explain results, and discuss next steps
- Help build more efficient, repeatable systems for G
