About the Role

At The Possible Place, we are looking for an Innovation Consultant who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to design and lead marketing innovation projects that truly make a difference. You'll work with our proprietary methodology, Innovation Engine™, taking projects from opportunity to strategy, and from strategy to real, impactful solutions for leading corporate brands in Mexico.

Your Mission
- Transform identified business opportunities into innovative and feasible strategies.
- Design marketing and technology-based solutions that address client challenges in fresh and creative ways.
- Facilitate strategic conversations with clients and translate their needs into clear action plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through ideation, co-creation, and execution phases.
- Manage key relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.




- Prepare and deliver high-level strategic proposals and presentations in both English and Spanish.
- Bring fresh perspectives, provoke new ideas, and contribute to building a culture of creative innovation.

You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, innovation, or business design roles (agency, consultancy, or innovation-focused companies).
- Hands-on experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile).
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capacity—you can think big and act fast.
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and how marketing and technology can be integrated to solve real problems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Advanced business English—confident leading meetings and writing strategic documents in English.
- A proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and passion for making things happen.
