Job Summary

*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an* *Operations manager* *located in Guadalajara, North Campus.*

*Reporting to Sr Operation Manager,* *Operations manager* *this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.*

What a typical day looks like:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.




- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
- Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort
- Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.
