Role Description:
The Inventory Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising inventory levels to support production and distribution needs for the USA market. Day-to-day activities include reviewing inventory reports, reconciling stock discrepancies, forecasting demand, and supporting inventory planning and control processes. The Inventory Analyst will collaborate with operations, supply chain,



and finance teams to ensure accurate data, reduce stock-outs and overstock situations, and improve inventory-related KPIs. The role also involves preparing regular inventory performance summaries, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Analysis and Inventory Management to evaluate stock levels, trends, and requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to support accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory data.
