I built an entire AI company without knowing how to code. Now I need one person to help me run it.

I run ActiveParks, a data company for the recreation facility industry. The companies that sell into parks, schools, and rec centers pay us to tell them where their next deals are and who's about to buy.

We find all of that with a set of AI research agents I built myself, in the terminal, with no engineering background. I taught myself Claude Code, put thousands of hours into it, and built the whole product that way.

Here's why I think it's worth your time. The product is highly profitable and growing quickly. Every customer we have switched to us off a competitor, and most of those competitors are VC-backed companies with way more money and people than we've got. I picked this vertical becuse I've worked in recreation equipment sales for ten years and I understand it better than anyone building software for it.

So far I've kept my head down on the fundamentals: a product people actually want, customers who stick, good margins. That part is built. Now I want to scale it, and I've hit the limit of what I can do on my own. That's the job.

What you'd be doing

There are two sides to it.

The first is running my research agents and making them better. They already work and they already ship data to customers every day. But they still break in small ways, some steps still need a person keeping an eye on them, and there's always room to make them smarter. You'd run them day to day, catch the problems, and slowly get them to a place where they need less and less of you.
