Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to oversee end-to-end quality assurance for our customer experience technology stack. In this role, you will validate complex integrations between Salesforce CRM and our Contact Center / Telephony platforms. You will design, execute, and automate test strategies that ensure seamless Omni-channel routing, accurate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) flows, and flawless agent desktop experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce QA & Customization Testing Validate core Salesforce modules including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Omni-Channel capabilities. Test custom business logic such as Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Flows.

Verify Salesforce security models including user roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

Perform detailed regression testing during major Salesforce releases and sandbox deployments.

Telephony, IVR, & Contact Centre Validation Execute end-to-end testing of IVR call flows, speech recognition, and routing logic.





Validate Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) adapters embedded directly within the Salesforce agent desktop.

Test real-time data synchronization between telephony systems and Salesforce contact records.

Perform load and stress testing on voice channels to verify call quality and system stability under peak traffic.

Test Management & Automation Author comprehensive test plans and explicit test cases derived from complex business workflows.

Develop automated test scripts using tools like Provar, Selenium, or specialized voice automation utilities.

Log, track, and triage defects using Jira, providing clear steps to reproduce for development teams.

Collaborate in Agile ceremonies with Product Owners, Developers, and Network Engineers.

Required Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
