Core Responsibilities

Office Operations Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, functional and safe by coordinating office service requests including office operations, Lief Safety and security.
- Support general office services such as supply ordering and restocking, any onsite snack and pantry programming, mail and package shipping and receiving and more.
- Partnering with and being responsible for our facilities Management provider to ensure all functions are performed as needed and raise issues and concerns to the regional Workplace Head of Operations.




- Provide Onboarding Support for new hires with required onboarding activities and planning of new employees.
- Financial and Budgetary Tasks: Financial administration support including budget management, invoicing, expense processing, creating purchases orders, and vendor management.
- General office and Administrative Support : support the setting of office schedules, meetings and appointments. Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as requested. Maintaining and organizing filing systems (physical and digital)
- Problem Solving and Adaptability : Addressing unexpected challenges promptly and adapting to changing priorities.
