Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PLM Operations Support Analyst to join our global operations team. This role is responsible for supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and systems, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining process documentation, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business, engineering, supply chain operations, product management, and IT teams worldwide to support critical product data processes throughout the product lifecycle. This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals seeking to develop expertise in enterprise systems, business process management, and semiconductor operations.

Key Responsibilities

PLM Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Aras PLM system and related business applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support business users with system processes,



functionality, and best practices.
- Monitor process and data quality, identifying opportunities for corrective and preventive actions.
- Support master data management and governance activities across product lifecycle processes.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement
- Partner with integral stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and improve operational processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.

System Enhancements & Change Management
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
