RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares globales de manufactura en la
región, en coordinación con los Gerentes de Ingeniería de Manufactura de cada
planta.
* Brindar soporte al área de Manufacturing Engineering (ME) de planta en
proyectos críticos y de alto impacto para garantizar el logro de objetivos.
* Definir, implementar y dar seguimiento a los planes de despliegue de
estándares globales en la región.
* Dar soporte a plantas y proveedores en el cumplimiento de estándares globales
en maquinaria y procesos de manufactura.
* Desarrollar y estandarizar procesos de manufactura conforme a los
lineamientos de Joyson Safety Systems (JSS).
* Impulsar la innovación y mejora continua en procesos nuevos y existentes para
mantener
