shift Manufacturing Manager who will plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the afternoon shift including employee services, establish goals for production, coordinate a plan to meet those goals, assure products meet quality standards, elaborate production reports, optimize for efficiency, ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements. Supervise staff and delegate tasks to employees. Currently Batesville Chihuahua employs close to 1,000 employees in 2 facilities with 2 shifts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Manufacturing, Business or Engineering.
- Minimum of (7) years of experience as Manager in Maquiladora Plants.
- English Advance.
- Black Belt certification desired.
- Excellent references from Companies with proven reputation of Ethics Conduct.
- Sense of Urgency, ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Lean Change oriented as a plus.
- Manage talent.
